The demo derby for Walla Walla County Fair 2012

For 2012, Michael my brother decided he wanted to run two cars instead of all three drivers driving just one car.

So, he found another car, $200 for a car that ran, but had problems with squeeky belts.

We also had a new powder puff driver this year that drove my car in the powder puff.

Angie was able to get 3rd place in the powder puff

Later in the night after our racing was over, we all sat back and watched the rest of the racing and the demo. We watched a car get flipped over:

This is a good example of why my brother and I have always used a 5 point roll cage. This car only has a two point roll cage, if you notice part of the cab has collapsed. If they had a 5 point roll cage (roll bars along the front windshield) the cab would not collapse. The firemen had to get this driver out, but they walked away (No serious injuries)

Overall, this year it was a another great demo derby. I got 2nd place in my heat, Genna got 2nd in her heat, Angie got 3rd in her heat, and Michael got 5th in his heat
